Mr. Lynch has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience.
He has extensive experience leading material transactions,
including acquisitions, mergers of equals, thrift conversions,
branch divestitures and general advisory assignments. Prior
to joining Howe Barnes, Mr. Lynch was a Managing Director
in Sandler O'Neill's Chicago office. Mr. Lynch is primarily
focused on capital raising and providing investment banking
advisory services to many of our key relationships. Mr. Lynch
received his Bachelor of Arts from The University of Notre
Dame and an M.B.A. from Loyola University.

Mr. Mecredy joined Howe Barnes after leading the Investment
Banking Division of Alex Sheshunoff & Co. where he was
involved in over 1,000 bank stock appraisals and 250 mergers
and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Mecredy's primary responsibilities
are investment banking and coordination of the Firm's Texas
activities with financial institutions and expanding Howe
Barnes' national platform. Mr. Mecredy is a graduate of Purdue
University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.

Mr. Reese has almost 15 years of investment banking and financial
institution consulting experience. Prior to joining Howe Barnes,
Mr. Reese was a Managing Director of Professional Bank Services.
Mr. Reese has extensive experience leading and negotiating
significant advisory transactions, including mergers, acquisitions,
mutual to stock conversions, branch purchases and divestitures
and general advisory assignments including appraisal services,
due diligence engagements, strategic planning and the formulation
of business plans for financial institutions throughout the
United States. With a strong community bank focus Mr. Reese
brings extensive expertise in strategic planning and strategies
to remain independent. Mr. Reese has been a lecturer at various
national banking schools as well as national community bank
conferences. He is primarily focused on providing investment
banking advisory services to West Coast financial institutions.
Mr. Reese received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from
The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Schramm has extensive experience in bank mergers and acquisitions,
mutual-to-stock conversion appraisals, fixed income asset-backed
financing, and business plans. His previous experience includes
co-founding the Financial Institutions Group at Triangle Capital
Partners, serving as Managing Director for the Trident Securities
division of McDonald Investments where he was involved in
numerous bank mergers and acquisitions, and consulting for
Arthur Anderson & Co. where he worked with companies in
the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution
and utilities industries. Mr. Schramm received his Bachelor's
degree from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Duke
University. Mr. Schramm is an Accredited Senior Appraiser
certified in business valuation by the American Society of
Appraisers.

Mr. Wagner has extensive experience providing financial advisory
services to community financial institutions in the areas
of merger advisory services, strategic planning, branch and
share purchases, and capital raising, including trust preferred
securities. His previous experience includes co-founding the
Financial Institutions Group at Triangle Capital Partners,
serving as Senior Vice President in the Trident Securities
division of McDonald Investments where he was involved in
numerous announced bank mergers and acquisitions, serving
as Vice President of First Citizens Bank in the corporate
finance department, and tax consulting with Deloitte and Touche.
Mr. Wagner received his Bachelor of Science degree from Miami
University and an M.B.A. from Duke University. Mr. Wagner
is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Weber has extensive experience providing investment banking services to banks and thrifts.
Prior to joining Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, Mr. Weber spent 12 years at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P.
where he led and participated in numerous transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital offerings and
general advisory assignments for depository institutions on both coasts and the Midwest. Mr. Weber received his
B.S. in Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Barrow has nearly 50 years of experience in banking, having
provided merger and acquisition advisory services and capital
formation for commercial banks and savings institutions. He
has facilitated the completion of a significant number of
merger transactions for commercial banks and savings institutions,
as well as in raising debt and equity for financial institutions
through both private placements and public offerings. Mr.
Barrow served in various capacities during his 34 year tenure
at The Northern Trust Corporation, last serving as President
of the Bank and its parent holding company. Mr. Barrow also
served as a Managing Director of the Financial Institutions
Group at EVEREN Securities. Mr. Barrow received a Bachelor's
Degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the University
of Chicago.

Mr. Radzak provides financial advisory and capital raising services to community banks and thrifts.
His transactional experience over the last eight years includes several M&A and capital raising assignments,
as well as debt and asset-backed securitization origination, all within the banking, specialty finance and asset management industries.
Mr. Radzak re-joined Howe Barnes from Piper Jaffray & Co where he was an Associate with the Financial Institutions Group.
Previous to working at Piper, Mr. Radzak was an Assistant Vice President with Banc One Capital Markets and a Credit Underwriter
with Bank One, NA. Mr. Radzak graduated from Cornell College with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business.

Mr. Stubbs provides financial advisory services to community
banks and thrifts, including mergers and acquisitions advisory,
valuations, fairness opinions and strategic planning. He has
represented both buyers and sellers in merger transactions.
He also has experience assisting financial institutions with
public and private capital raising, mutual-to-stock conversions,
and mutual holding company reorganizations. His previous experience
includes investment banking roles at Trident Securities and
First Union National Bank. Mr. Stubbs received a Bachelor
of Science from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A.
from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Zych provides financial advisory and capital raising services to community banks and thrifts.
Mr. Zych has provided financial advisory and mergers and acquisitions advisory services to the banking industry since 1992.
His clients have ranged from community banks to large super regional banks in the Southeast.
Prior to joining Howe Barnes, Mr. Zych was the Senior Vice President and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at United
Community Banks from 2002 to 2007. He also managed the company's investment securities portfolio.
Previous experience also includes working in both the Corporate and Investment Banking division and in Corporate
Development for SunTrust Banks. Mr. Zych received a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from the
Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
